We own premier international brands like glitterify.me and distribute international brands like Violent Lips, Eulenspiegel, Snazaroo, etc in Hungary. On our webshop, for credit card payments we use one of the most secure payment gateways in the world – PayPal. The transactions are handled by PayPal and we never even see your credit card number.   2. What are the benefits of creating a glitterify.me account?

    We require customers to log into our webshop to order. Registration is simply a matter to creating a password during the checkout process.

    There are several benefits of creating an account with csillamvilag.com webshop:

    • Order tracking: Once you have placed your order, you can log into your account to track the progress of your order.
    • Address book: Your address is saved in our system, so you don’t have to type it again when you order the next time around. You can store as many addresses as you like in the system.
    • Order history: We save your order history, so that you can keep track of your purchases. Additionally, you can save time by reordering old orders – just go to your order history and click the reorder button next to the respective order. This will place all products as per that order into your cart. You can then add or remove more products to your cart before checkout.
    • Favorites: Many people have favorite products. Instead of having to search for them when you come to our webshop, you can just save them to your favorites. When you return to our webshop you can just go to your favorites list and order from there.
    • Downloads: We offer several downloadable products, including free e-books. These can only be accessed via a csillamvilag webshop account.

    On most areas of our website, such as forums, we allow people to log in with Facebook, Google or glitterify.me accounts.

    However, for additional security, we’ve kept the login system of our webshop completely different from other areas of our website. This means that to order products from our webshop you need to register in our webshop even if you have already registered in our forums or other parts of our website. We realize that this is an inconvenience, but we take your security and privacy very seriously and hence must have this requirement.

  7. What do I do if I have not received …

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your package online using this tracking number.

    In case of any problems before the order is delivered, it is most efficient to call the shipping company (their contact details are in the email they send) as they are the ones who can help you.

    After the order is delivered, if you find that an item you ordered is missing, please email us immediately by replying to the order confirmation email you received from CsillamVilag sales department. In the email, please mention your order number and explain the situation. We’ll try to help as soon as we can.
